This special exhibition of historical dolls in the Doll’s House Museum in Basel has been made possible thanks to a gracious loan by Guido Odin. The paper dolls in the exhibition were made by well-known artists and manufacturers, including Queen Holden, Raphael Tuck and Rose O’Neill. On display are paper dolls from Europe and overseas, figures in crêpe costumes, and antique paper dolls used for advertising.

There are set days when children can come and create their own favourite paper doll or a jumping jack under adult supervision. Visitors will receive as a souvenir a photograph of themselves as a paper doll.
