For thousands of years people have invested endless amounts of creativity into protecting their feet, keeping them warm and dry, and decorating them – using a vast variety of materials, colours and patterns. And these are just the skills you will need for a competition to be held in conjunction with our newest special exhibition. Fabulous prizes will be awarded for the most originally styled flip-flops. The exhibition “History under your feet – 3000 years of shoes” is the perfect place to find inspiration.
