Taking the plunge
The blank plates needed to participate in the competition can be obtained free of charge in the Toy Worlds Museum Basle starting 22 October 2016. Whether it's decorated, painted, garnished, or wrapped up in a net is up to you. But the due date is set in stone. It has to be turned in no later than 18 December 2016.

Decisions take time
Participants will have to wait a while in suspense. The fish plates will be judged by the public from 28 January to 19 February 2017. The plate that hooks the most points wins. Plates will be displayed in the shop windows in the Toy Worlds Museum Basle after voting has stopped until 26 March 2017.
